Jennifer Woodburn

Jennifer was raised in Saskatchewan and spent her young adult years in the mountains of British Columbia and Colorado, and eventually settled with her family in the Blue Mountains in 2009. These diverse Canadian landscapes and her love of the outdoors provide much of the inspiration for her work, which she explores on foot, by skis, bike, boat, and by paintbrush.

With an upbeat, sophisticated palette, and a graphic edge it has been said by many that Jennifer’s acrylic paintings resonate like a modern stained glass. She takes the traditional genre of landscape painting and pushes it into the contemporary realm.

Jennifer splits her time between her studios in Thornbury and Pointe au Baril, Ontario. Her paintings have been acquired for both private and corporate collections across North America, Europe, and Australia.
