Refund policy

We have a 48-hour exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after purchasing your artwork to request an exchange for another painting of equal or greater value. If you request an exchange for a painting of lesser value, you will be issued a credit for the difference in value.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
