Charles Spratt is a Canadian landscape artist whose lifelong passion for the natural world has shaped a distinguished painting career spanning more than four decades. Although his artistic talent was recognized in childhood, Charlie first pursued a career in engineering and later worked in the family business before returning to painting under the mentorship of acclaimed artist Grant Tigner. Since dedicating himself to art full-time, his work has been exhibited in galleries across Canada and has earned him Signature Memberships in both the Ontario Society of Artists and the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour.

Charlie's paintings are inspired by the Canadian landscape and his deep appreciation for painting outdoors. Working primarily en plein air, he captures the ever-changing effects of light, colour, and atmosphere with confident brushwork and an expressive yet representational style. His goal is to create paintings that not only celebrate the beauty of nature but also evoke personal memories and emotional connections, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on their own experiences of the landscape.
