Jennifer Elliotson is a Canadian landscape artist living and working from her home studio in Niagara’s Wine Country. Jennifer has always forged her own creative path, drawing on decades of design and color expertise to inform her work. The result is a distinctly recognizable style that dances between the tension of fine details and broad, loose brushstrokes. Focusing on the relationship between vibrant color and light, she strives for her paintings to be simultaneously calm and inviting, yet lively and expressive.

Inspired by the vast Canadian landscape, Jennifer finds inspiration in hiking the native Carolinian woodlands and kayaking the local waterways that surround her. In each piece she creates, Jennifer hopes to not only bring a narrative to life with expressive color and imagination, but also to allow viewers to find themselves within her art.
